1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official channels. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days before departure.

Important Payment Information

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment is due 60 days before departure
  • Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 60 days before departure Deposit only
30-59 days before departure 50% of total cost
15-29 days before departure 75% of total cost
Less than 15 days before departure 100% of total cost

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation. Some services may be non-refundable as specified at the time of booking.

3. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Passport & Visa Requirements

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. Please check with the appropriate consulates.

4. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternatives of similar standard whenever possible.

5. Changes by You

If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes may be subject to administrative fees and any additional costs incurred.

6. Liability

Fareless Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers of travel services. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay that may occur during your trip.

7. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to travel and for taking any necessary health precautions. We recommend consulting with your physician before traveling.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of arranging your travel and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.
